When you're coordinating bucket trucks, chippers, and extra ground hands across different sites, miscommunications can waste hours. How well do mobile dispatching tools handle sharing access notes, hazard warnings, and gear requirements with the crew before they roll out to a site?

For larger tree removal projects, I think clear communication before the crew arrives is just as important as creating an accurate estimate. Sharing access details, hazard warnings, equipment requirements, and job notes in one place could prevent a lot of confusion. Mobile dispatching also seems useful when crews are moving between multiple locations during the same day. I’ve been looking at tofu for this type of workflow. Having everyone see updated information from their phones could reduce unnecessary calls and messages. For complex crane or multi-day jobs, keeping dispatchers and field crews on the same page seems especially valuable. It could save time and make scheduling much smoother.
