Some shots from NY’s “ Great Freeze”
In late January NYC area had a massive snow storm followed by weeks of below freezing weather often with windchills making it negative degrees out and snowfall every weekend after the initial snow. The harbors and bays froze and even the ocean waves were slushy. Photos taken at a bay, north of Fire Island, NY
